Just what is a SNLindy? No it isn't an old style dance, and if you said a comedy show you are getting warm. Back in 2005 as a group of us were planning our 40th Class Reunion we found that we were having a great time so we decided to meet monthly. Saturday Night Live was simple but we added a 'we hope' to it just to fit our age group and made our meeting the 1st Saturday of each month, again to help us remember the dates. If you relate to some of the online videos below you just might be a candidate for our get dances. Don't worry about fitting in, you will. The music just seems to bring us all together and that is just fine with us. Why the Westlake Beach Club? This is real simple. Go to the Westlake History tab at the top and read the articles about the Westlake Beach Club and hopefully you will relate. It really doesn't make much difference where you grew up. What is important is the era we grew up in and that is what makes it so special. I do not hesitate in saying that no matter where you grew up in the U.S. when the music starts your youth will return. It just happens that on the west side of Indianapolis the Westlake Beach Club was THE place to be. The real test is to watch and listen to the first 4 videos below. If they don't make you go back in time...you probably won't enjoy our gatherings. If they do stir those old memories come and join us crazy old folks as we ride this life to its final  breath.
